The concept of ‘India NRI help’ is an endeavour so as to make available to various resident Indians, non-resident Indians and persons of Indian origin, living abroad, the information relating to various topics at one place. The issues relating to legal statues are normally considered to be complex. There are different departments for dealing with different issues. It may not be possible to locate all related subjects at one place. Through this site an attempt has been made to collect all such subjects and present in a comprehensive manner. Based on various queries that are raised by NRIs a feature has been incorporated under the head ‘FAQs’. These FAQs have been segregated under eight heads. The answers to questions that may normally occur in one’s mind have been given in simple language. It is felt that these FAQ would be quite useful. Further a provision has been made for making additional queries, if any. A member is enable to make two free queries in a year. An attempt will be made to reply the query as soon as possible, supported with all legal aspects.
